Patricia Holian, BSW, MPA, CSLPC
Owner of Shine Resiliency Coaching
As a social worker, C-Suite executive and certified strategic life coach practitioner, wife and mother, I know first-hand that life can be stressful and unpredictable. It is also a beautiful, amazing and surprisingly wonderful journey when we least expect it and are open to the everyday miracles that surround us.
I have over 30 years of experiences in working with and supporting people to live their best and most resilient lives in both business and personal arenas. I have many lived experiences that have shaped my life view and expertise in building a resilient life, including being a survivor of trauma, a single mother; a wife and step-mother; a caretaker for my elderly father after his severe stroke; facilitating women’s professional development programming; mentoring and coaching emerging and experienced leaders; delivering professional leadership training; providing executive level leadership to my organization during a global pandemic and leading and facilitating resiliency programming and circles for those struggling with the unknown in a complex and complicated world.
The real change occurs when we partner together to take a single step that supports your resiliency.
