She promotes understanding of attachment styles and the role they play in each relationship. Maddy supports individuals in exploring generational trauma and provides a safe and thoughtful space to develop and enforce healthy boundaries to improve relationships.

Maddy believes in using a systems approach in finding ways to help individuals better understand their minds and their reactions to the world around them. She emphasizes relaxation and mindfulness techniques to enable healthy coping for those struggling to manage on their own. She believes that everyone is capable of change and is deserving of feeling at ease in their mind. Maddy is grateful for the opportunity to help you grow.

When away from work, you can find Maddy enjoying the outdoors or relaxing with her two cats.
