Anycia Grady, MSSA, LISW-S is a Clinically Licensed Social Worker and owner of 20/20 Life Counseling, LLC.  Anycia utilizes specific modalities when supporting her ideal clients through: Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and/or a psychoanalytical approach which supports identifying historical root issues to present manifestation of anxiety and trauma.

Anycia's area of expertise and client population she supports are C-Suite, Therapists, Graduate Students, and established working professionals. Typically individuals become challenged with the demands of the work and/or school environment which triggers varying emotional responses which adversely impact work performance, relationships, and quality of life at home. Through processing, Anycia supports her clients in identifying the root causes to the emotional barriers to productivity typically connected to anxiety and/or trauma narratives. She provides methods to begin challenge barriers, and interventions to support staying in place. 

 I utilize a strengths based approach to identify areas of success where clients have mastered skills translating as a coping skill.
